General

1) Do you ship outside the UK?
No. We currently only deliver orders within the United Kingdom.

2) How long will delivery take?
Delivery within the UK usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. An estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.

3) How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.

4) What is your return policy?
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

5) Are your lamps CE or UKCA certified?
Yes. Our products comply with UKCA and applicable EU safety standards and carry CE certification where applicable.

6) Do your products include bulbs?
Some lamps include bulbs, while others do not. Each product page clearly states whether a bulb is included.

8) Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights.

9) Can I change or cancel my order?

10) Do you have a physical store?
No. We operate online only and deliver directly to your UK address.
