3. Conclusion of Contract
The product descriptions in our online store are binding offers. By placing an order via the checkout process and clicking the “Complete Order” button, you accept our offer, and a contract is formed. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing the order.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown on our website are final prices in GBP (British Pounds), including applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed separately during checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed on our website, including credit/debit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are stated on the respective product pages.
If a product is not available at the time of ordering, we will inform you immediately. In such a case, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract, and any payments already made will be refunded promptly.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day they receive their goods. Details are provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. If the delivered goods are defective, you are entitled to statutory rights, including repair, replacement, or a refund.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow installation instructions.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
