An adjustable dumbbell set with square, anti-roll plates and a floor storage rack. Adjusts from [TBC]kg to [TBC]kg per dumbbell in [TBC]kg increments, replacing [TBC] pairs of fixed dumbbells in roughly the footprint of a bedside table.
The square plate profile is the practical difference: set them down mid-set and they stay where you put them instead of rolling across the floor.

Space you need
The storage rack occupies [TBC]cm x [TBC]cm of floor. Allow around one metre of clear space in front of it to lift the dumbbells clear of the cradles, and roughly two metres square of open floor to train in.
Suitable for any solid floor. On a suspended timber floor, use rubber matting to spread the load and protect the boards.

Assembly
The dumbbells arrive ready to use. The storage rack takes around [TBC] minutes to assemble with the supplied tools. One person is enough.

This item is heavy and is delivered by pallet carrier to the kerbside or your front door. The team cannot carry it inside, upstairs, or assemble it. The carrier will call or text to arrange a slot, and someone over 18 must be there to sign.
